The first edition in our monsoon collection features organically grown Jackfruit from the river banks of Srirangapatna and aromatic Black Pepper from Dakshina Kannada. The Black Pepper exhibits notes of Lemon and Orange, whilst the sweetness of the Jackfruit is offset against the acidity of the 72% Karnatakan Single Estate Chocolate featured in this recipe.
