- All Gir cows are free grazing for minimum of 8 hours a day at Thakkar Farm (organic since 1992) spread across 65 acres at bank of River Page, Karjat amidst a pure environment.
- The cows have been milked after the calf has had his/her due share.
- Ghee is made using traditional bilona method from butter (Makkhan) by churning curd.
- Made freshly in small batches to ensure freshness.
