Exchanges / returns / Cancellation are not possible on the current products offered by THEFARMERONLINE.COM. But do let us know if you are unhappy or unsatisfied and we shall do our best to accommodate your requirement. We have enlisted below the specific situations wherein we would take appropriate steps to meet your requirements.
Yet in any case if products are returned on delivery, making the amount of accepted goods totaling to lower than minimum value for free delivery amount, delivery charges will be levied on that order. Frozen Items / items needing refrigeration and any other perishable items like fruits, vegetables, etc cannot be returned under any circumstances and will be charged in full.
In case of Breakage/Damaged goods
In case the products ordered by you have arrived to you in a damaged/spoilt state, then kindly send us the picture of the same via email to email@example.com within 12hours of receipt of same. We shall arrange to resend the spoilt / damaged items at the earliest or refund the payments made for the same.
In case of lost in transit In case you are not able to trace your products and it does not reach you within 3 working days of placing your order, kindly inform the same to us at 9833907750 or firstname.lastname@example.org, we shall arrange to resend you the same or will process the refund for the payments made by you.
