Please note that -
1. We are currently accepting orders - Please enter your Pincode to check your area serviceability and next available delivery date.
2. All deliveries will be made at society gate only, we will not be able to do any door deliveries
3. If your area falls under containment zone or it's sealed down then please do not place an order. For any such orders placed, may be entitled to order cancellation charge.
4. Orders can be placed only by using the online payment option. No cash on delivery orders.
5. Due to the lockdown, your delivery date/time may change. If we need to change your delivery date/time we will notify you by email or SMS.
6. Rest assured, we will fulfil your order with the best quality products.
7. Please note that no order amendments, rescheduling, cancellations are allowed.
8. In case you need to cancel your order, we will provide you with ‘The Farmer - organic & natural store’ credit note equal to your cancelled order. This credit note can be applied towards your future purchases (orders can only be cancelled 48 hours prior to the delivery date, so that delivery slot can be well utilized by another customer).
9. If your order is put on hold / not delivered and still your account is debited, please email us proof of payment with the order number at – contact@thefarmeronline.com or WhatsApp on 9833907750 and we will verify payment & process your order.
10. If you receive a message of cancelation of your order for which you made payment please email / WhatsApp us the proof of payment at the above email address.
11. Due to limited staff replies to your mails / messages may be delayed, be rest assured we will respond to them as soon as we can.
12. Free delivery for all orders & min order value is Rs.1500/-
13. In case some items are not delivered from your order (the same will also not be billed in actual invoice), amount for the same will get refunded to original mode of payment within 10 working days.
14. All deliveries will be made between 10am to 10pm on delivery date communicated to you.

P.S. Stock - We refill our stock twice a week & fresh produce stock is received daily so please recheck in 2-3 days if you find some items out of stock.
We request that you bring your bags to our delivery van - we will call you prior to delivery so that you can get your bags.
